In addition to the presentations listed above, The IDEA Partnership has developed a packet on the topic of dispute resolution. Using CADRE's work on early and innovative dispute resolution processes, the Partnership has developed both an Executive Summary of the document Beyond Mediation: Strategies For Appropriate Early Dispute Resolution In Special Education and a Dialogue Starter for Dispute Resolution.

The package includes a Dialogue Guide Facilitator Handbook which is designed to support facilitators in this role. The Handbook includes guidance for organizing and convening a dialogue guide activity, as well as how a facilitator can take the dialogue further building upon the initial event.
