This booklet, which is particularly aimed at parents and family members, provides an overview of the mediation process and how it works. Included is information on the benefits of mediation and how to prepare for mediation. This product was jointly developed by CADRE and the Technical Assistance Alliance for Parent Centers (the Alliance). The Alliance, located at Pacer Center, focuses on providing technical assistance to Parent Training and Information Centers and Community Parent Resource Centers under IDEA.
