Individual Part B State Summaries: State Annual Performance Reports and State Performance Plans required under IDEA '04 include data on dispute resolution activity. From this page you may access Part B dispute resolution summary information for each state for years 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007 and 2007-2008.
At any time, CADRE will accept input from states regarding any corrections or adjustments to the reports. States are invited to submit notes or explanations regarding any conditions or anomalies in the data.
