APR/SPP Dispute Resolution Data Summaries - Part B and Part C

National three year summaries of Part B dispute resolution data reported by all states are available at: Three Year Part B Annual Report Summaries for Written Complaints, Mediations and Due Process.

National three year summaries of Part C dispute resolution data reported by 56 states and entities in the Part C program are available at: Three Year Summary of National Part C Dispute Resolution Data.

Individual Part B State Summaries: State Annual Performance Reports and State Performance Plans required under IDEA '04 include data on dispute resolution activity. From this page you may access Part B dispute resolution summary information for each state for years 2003-2004, 2004-2005 & 2005-2006.

CADRE plans further Part B and Part C summaries and analyses comparing states of like-size, region, special education population served, etc. These will be available through the access pages as they are completed.

At any time, CADRE will accept input from states regarding any corrections or adjustments to the reports. States are invited to submit notes or explanations regarding any conditions or anomalies in the data.
