APR/SPP Final Review - Part C

Part C Annual Performance Reports and State Performance Plans required under IDEA '04 include data on dispute resolution activity in states. From this page you may access summary information on each state for years 2003-2004, 2004-2005 & 2005-2006.

Dispute resolution activity is far less common in Part C than in the Part B, the school-age program under IDEA 2004. Many states report no activity for any of these years, while some states have some activity in one or more years. For a quick overview of national activity levels, click here. As CADRE develops additional summaries and analyses of Part C dispute resolution data, these will be available through this access page.

At any time, CADRE will accept input from states regarding any corrections or adjustments to the reports. States are invited to submit notes or explanations regarding any conditions or anomalies of the data.

Questions regarding these reports can be directed to Richard Zeller at CADRE.
