NICHCY (National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities) at AED is a national information and referral center that provides information on disabilities that affect children and youth with disability related issues. Children and youth (ages birth to 22) are our special focus. NICHCY has many publications on disabilities and education rights issues. NICHCY is a partner in the CADRE project and NICHCY's Information Specialists are available to talk to callers and provide information on special education mediation topics.
