Kathy Clayton, M.Ed., is the National Director of Special Education Programs for SuccessEd, an educational software company. Her 25-year career has seen her serving at all levels of the public education system in special education roles. Most recently, she spent five years as the Texas State Director of Special Education of the Texas Education Agency (TEA). During her time at the TEA, she made significant contributions that led to improvements in special education across the state.
