Special Education Solutions (SES) is a dispute resolution and training center. Lyn Beekman is available to serve as a hearing officer, mediator, or I other neutral third party roles agreed upon by the parties such as case evaluator, conciliator, or facilitator.

Also, through state departments of education, Lyn provides trainings for IDEA hearing officers and mediators as well as consultation on related rules, procedures, and manuals. He also gives presentations to various board, administrative, teaching, and parent organizations at the national, state, and local levels on dispute resolution and other special education topics--emphasizing the more practical viewpoint!
