Special Education and Conflict Resolution Experience

Fifteen years experience as an attorney whose practice focus included negotiation, facilitation, mediation and other non-litigation based dispute handling and resolution. Joined the Northeast Regional Resource Center, northeast technical assistance provider funded by OSEP, two years ago as their Legal and Policy Program associate.
Responsibilities focused on responding to information requests in the legal and policy areas, managing workgroups of legal and policymakers in the northeast, OSEP monitoring assistance to states, providing facilitation assistance to states for complex, systemic change or problem-solving efforts, and am CADRE liaison to the OSEP funded Regional Resource Centers (RRCs).
