In this position, she provided academic support to college students with learning disabilities and AD/HD. While at George Mason University, she authored a chapter in Dunklee and Shoop's The Principal's Quick-Reference Guide to School Law: Reducing Liability, Litigation, and Other Potential Legal Tangles 2nd Edition (2006) titled, The Principal's Responsibilities in Providing Special Education Services. She holds a Postgraduate Professional License in Virginia and is endorsed in Specific Learning Disabilities (K-12), Mental Retardation (K-12), and Physical Education. Tina joined OSEP in 2006 and will continue her work in specific learning disabilities as she serves as co-Project Officer for the National Center on Response to Intervention. She is a member of the Elementary and Middle School Team and administers numerous grants in technology, personnel preparation, and technical assistance. Services Offered |
