CADRE: Providing National ADR Technical Support for Special Education Disputes was presented by a panel of national leaders at The Society Of Professionals in Dispute Resolution(SPIDR) 27th Annual Conference that was held in Baltimore. Joining CADRE Director, Marshall Peter were Greg Abell, Partner, Sound Options Group(Washington); Grace D'Alo, Project Manager, Pennsylvania Special Education Mediation Service: and Eva Soeka, Director, Marquette University Center For Dispute Resolution Education(Wisconsin). Following a CADRE overview, panelists shared information about the exemplary dispute resolution systems in each of their states and engaged in a discussion with session attendees about the benefits and limitations of specific system features.
