~Comments About Past CADRE Symposia ~

This is the BEST conference I have ever attended! All of the sessions were very informative and relevant to the nation’s need for appropriate dispute resolution.

Amazing conference! I am going home inspired and energized! Thank you! Simply the best conference I attend!

Networking opportunities were outstanding – receive a lot of excellent information of what other states and localities are really doing.

It was very informative. I gained knowledge and materials relevant to my work of managing disputes for my school system.

CADRE has the best conferences. High quality keynote speakers…provide the analytical framework, and the breakout sessions provide great practical advice.

The size of the symposium coupled with the expertise of the presenters makes this one of the highest quality professional development opportunities I have access to.

Dispute resolution is for many parents the heart of special education, and the conference addressed the complexity of the issues while providing excellent information about how to address those issues.

All sessions are very focused on relevant topics. The material is practical and immediately useful to participants.

I almost marked “the best”, then remembered I had attended another CADRE sponsored event. Bottom line: If it is sponsored by CADRE the event will be the best professional development opportunity I can have.

The hands-on, practical instruction on how to implement what we learned about was extremely useful.

Compared to others, I consider CADRE to be the best due to the wealth of information that is shared, the clear focus of all symposiums and the size. It is large enough to always find something new and small enough to get to know many of the attendees and the host staff.

Our mediators have attended all the CADRE mediation conferences. You bring us the best in working practices.

As compared to other conferences, sessions tend to give more concrete ideas about developing programs, conducting mediation, etc. Keeping attendance low allows for small group programs, which in turn allows for audience participation.

There is no doubt, CADRE conferences have dramatically shaped our state’s program.

The Symposia provide all levels of mediation training and theory as well as information about related topics, like resolution meetings and FIEPs.

I learned some new approaches and ways of addressing issues that enhanced my ability to resolve disputes.

Sessions are always top-notch which allows participants to take valuable information home with them to replicate.

Each symposium is an opportunity to renew, refresh, rejuvenate, rethink and restructure programs and trainings and expand upon information & practices regarding ADR options.
