Overall Mediation Training and Consultation Services:

Key2Ed was founded by the people who created the facilitated IEP process. We feel that conflict resolution for special education must begin at the IEP level through the use of tools and techniques to promote collaoboration and the child's interests.

Familiarity with special education, early intervention and IDEA '97 regulations:

Key2Ed was founded by two special educators, Doug Little and Joyce Little. Doug has worked with special education at the local, state, and federal level. He was with the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and the Tennessee Department of Education. Joyce Little is a speech pathologist, and special education administrator for suburban, rural and urban districts. They have a combined 60 years experience with special education, interventions, and IDEA.
