CADRE works with states to coordinate and improve their dispute resolution system using a systematic, data guided process for managing and improving dispute resolution programs and practices. The process identifies what is working well, where problems exist and how states might most productively invest improvement resources and effort. Once promising strategies have been determined, states can use their own action planning formats to specify implementation details, drawing on expertise and information from CADRE about system management and dispute resolution practices. CADRE welcomes participation (individually or in multi-state sessions) by states interested in improving their dispute resolution systems using this approach.
Posted below are three key tools:
DR SIPE Workbook is an evolving document designed to support a thorough assessment of all aspects of the State's dispute resolution system.
DR SIPE Lite is a tool that States can use for an initial review of their system.
DR SIPE Prospectus provides details about the process, outcomes and expectations for an understanding between CADRE and States that will lead to maximum benefit.
