Direction Service is an information and referral service for a broad range of disability related topics, including special education issues, community resources, parenting, and disabling conditions.

Direction Service is also a part of a community resource called 211Info. Visitors to the 211Info website will find information on a broad array of organizations that can meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their families.  Callers who dial 211 will receive guidance on how to access over 5,000 programs that address Basic Needs, Health Care, Family Resources and Specialized needs.  The call is free, live and confidential.  A Direction Service Summer Program Directory is also produced and available annually.  It contains recreation opportunities, summer camps, and other resources for families who have children with special needs.
