Current Openings Within Our:
Youth & Family Services Program
We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Wraparound Facilitators. Individuals in this role provide Wraparound Facilitation for eligible youth and families throughout lane county. Some of the job duties Wraparound facilitators are responsible for include helping develop Plans of Care, working collaboratively with community partners to arrange needed supports, as well as coordinating and collaborating with system of care/community partners (please click on the link below to be directed to the full job description). This job is typically full-time, and the general schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Part-time positions are also available.
