Our Family Support Specialists (FSS) are peers with lived experience who work with families raising youth with emotional, behavioral, mental health, developmental, or other health challenges.

FSS partner with parents and caregivers to actively engage in their team and treatment planning, make informed decisions, and help guide the process. They bring their experience navigating child- and youth-serving systems to support families in achieving their goals
