Peer Support connects individuals with lived experience who work alongside youth, young adults, and families to help them achieve their personal goals.
Support. Connection. Opportunities. Personal. Empowerment. (S.C.O.P.E)
Serving youth and young adults ages 12–25 in Lane County, S.C.O.P.E positively impacts individuals who experience mental health challenges, may be outside traditional settings, are marginalized, or are at risk of disconnecting from services. This improves access to supports and community opportunities for those who need them most.
Through supportive relationships and personalized guidance, S.C.O.P.E helps youth and young adults discover their potential, build independence, and reach their goals.
Youth and Young Adult Peer Support
Peer support is about seeing the whole person, not just a single challenge. It means showing up consistently, building a team around them, and walking alongside them with care that’s truly tailored to their life.
